    This is my unorthodox application for the "Facebook Ads Killer" job On Seek!

    Hope you don't mind...


    I've been told I'm a little "different"


    But not in the "snow flake, I think that I'm different" type of way..


    No no...


    more of the "crazy and willing to do what it takes to succeed in a good way" kind of different...


    Any whoo...


    I’ve heard things are pretty tough out there for recruiting good people these days…


    Instead of finding the world class potential you hoped for from Seek, you end up finding TikTok kids and applicants who look good on paper but after some digging you realise:

  •  Their resume is a 7 but they think Facebook Ads means being an influencer ( let me take a selfie! )

  •  They're a 5 but they think Dan Kennedy is an astronaut from Texas (Yeah, I know - he totally could be )

  • Or maybe you're still looking for “The One” to fill your void, the one applicant who:

  •  is GOOD but needs a team environment and leadership to hit their next and future levels of potential

  • Is dedicated to perfecting their craft as a Facebook Ads Killer and becoming the one of the best in the world!

  • Was smart enough to think outside of the box and show you what they could do instead of just telling you (No room for fake FB ad guys here)  

  • Look I get it, 
    Every employer on Seek is looking for good people with a lot of potential at the moment.

    it's hard to find at the best of times but right now in particular, it seems to be harder than ever! 
    Why?
    The answer is all over the media every single day… 

    “It’s the great job rush” - Seek

    "Now is the time to ask your employer for a pay rise ” - 7 News

    “Demand to work at home" - Now unemployed people 

    "blah blah blah” - most people'

    And the creepiest one I've seen…

    “Quit your job to start an OF account” - TikTok influencers 

    So why would I..

    someone who's in “The great Job-rush”

    put so much effort into applying for this job? 

    Because to me it’s not just a job..

    it’s Personal!


    You see, I was always going to apply for a job at King Kong...

    I just needed to feel confident that hiring me was a total "no brainer" for you (as Frank Kern would say)

    so over the last couple of years I've honed my skills with Facebook Ads and have even taught others to make sure I truely got it ...

    One of my personal life goals is to become one of the most effective digital marketers in the world and work at the most effective agency in the world..

    kinda' like Harvey Spector but in marketing...

    and a whole less arrogant
